Cargo van wraps
Sprinter · Transit · ProMaster · NV · Express
The cargo van is the best advertising surface a small business owns — two long flat sides, a tall rear, and it parks in front of the job all day. We wrap them every week.
Why the van is worth the vinyl
A cargo van gives you something almost no other vehicle does: two uninterrupted flat panels at eye level for everyone in traffic beside you. On a high-roof van those panels are big enough to read from across a parking lot. Park it at a job site and it works as a sign for the whole day.
What we wrap, and what we skip
Doors, sliding door, quarter panels, rear doors, hood and roof are all wrappable. Where a van has corrugated or ribbed sides, the vinyl can be heated into the channels so your graphic stays continuous — it just takes more time at install, and busy artwork loses detail in the ribs. We design around that rather than fighting it.
Ladder racks, shelving brackets, pipe carriers and roof vents all affect what’s possible. Send a photo of the van as it sits, with the racks on, and we’ll lay the design out around the real hardware instead of around a stock photo.
Full, partial, or lettering
A full wrap covers every painted panel. A partial covers the sides and rear — the panels people actually read — and leaves the hood and roof factory. On a white van a well-designed partial often reads as a full wrap from the street. If the budget is tighter than that, lettering still gets your name, number and services on both sides.

Straight answers
Can you wrap a van with ribbed or corrugated sides?
Yes. The vinyl is heated and worked down into the channels so the graphic runs continuously across the panel. Plan for simpler artwork in those areas — fine detail and small text lose legibility inside a rib.
Do I have to take the ladder rack off?
Usually not, but it changes the layout. Send a photo with the rack and any shelving or pipe carriers in place and we will design around them, so nothing important ends up hidden behind hardware.
Is the roof worth wrapping?
It depends where the van sits. If you park in garages, lots or under office windows, a roof graphic gets seen all day. If it lives on the street, put the budget into the sides.
Full wrap or partial on a white van?
A partial that covers the sides and rear often reads as a full wrap from the street, because the factory white becomes part of the design. We will tell you honestly which one your van needs.
Will the wrap come off when I sell the van?
Yes. Premium cast vinyl removes cleanly from healthy factory paint, which is part of why fleets prefer wrapping to painting.
